One of the things I love about my corner coffee shop, aptly named The Coffee Pot, is that on Sundays I can enjoy my cup o’ joe and find sections of the Times scattered haphazardly about the shop. When I sat down on Sunday, the Style section’s front-page article, “Here I Am Taking My Own Picture,” caught my eye.

While the article doesn’t really offer any groundbreaking studies regarding new self-portraiture evident on sites like My Space, it’s an entertaining read. Online version HERE. And the example photos are good for a snicker.

P.S. Rupert Murdoch owns My Space. But does he have his own My Space page?
