This “news” is from a couple of weeks ago, but the headline still makes me shake my head and laugh every time I think of it: SEVIGNY UNFAZED BY BIRD FLU THREATS. Oh, really? You know, I’ve been curious about that for the better half of this year, so it’s a relief to have some confirmation. (I’m only half-joking - I LOVE Chloë Sevigny. But bird flu?).

Oh My God FRENTE! I haven’t thought about Frente! since tenth grade when I loved them. They were actually my club concert. I felt so hip. What album are you listening to?
and yes to Echo and the Bunnymen as well, who I will be seeing in DC tomorrow night!

Heck yes, Hannah! Frente! are sweet…Marvin the Album was one of the first CDs I bought and while the music is a little dated now, I still enjoy giving it a spin once a month or so. I like the cover of Bizarre Love Triangle. That’s so great that you’re seeing Echo/Bunnymen! Let me know how they are - I’ve never gotten a chance to see them live!
